Nose:
A herbal, vegetal note is immediately
apparent in notes of tomato plant and
heather, along with touches of morello
cherries and smoky bacon.
Palate:
Sweet and savoury meet on the palate,
with notes of smoked ham, wine gums,
raspberry jam and honey.
Finish:
Characteristic coastal notes come to the
forefront in the nish of this dram.
